The Malaysian Journal of Paediatrics and Child Health (MJPCH), published three time a year (April, August and December issues) is a double blind peer-reviewed and an open access journal of the Malaysian Paediatrics Association (MPA).
MJPCH publish original articles that focus on cutting-edge findings in the field of Paediatrics and Child Health. It also publish case reports on different clinical findings, hence sharing not only knowledge but the experience of specialists and consultants in the related fields. The journal also have a section for education.
MJPCH is indexed in: Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA), Malaysian Citation Index (MyCite), Google Scholar and MyJurnal.

Effective 1 January 2026, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of RM100 will apply to all new submissions upon acceptance for publication. The APC is waived for Malaysian Paediatric Association (MPA) life members who are first or corresponding authors.
